Lemon Black Tea Recipe
Lemon Black Tea
Materials
- 1 Lemon Cut into slices
- 1 Black Tea bag
- Rock Sugar
Instructions
- Rub clean the lemon surface with salt
- Cut the lemon into slices and kill the lemon seed off
- Brew a cup of black tea, and waiting it cool down to 60℃~70℃
- Add 2 lemon slices into the black tea
- Add some rock sugar, stir it to make it dissolves faster
Notes
- If you though the lemon still tastes too sour, you can start by combining the lemon slices with granulated sugar or adding more rock sugar to your black tea.

Materials
- 50 g Pineapple Cut into cubes
- 3 g Loose Green Tea
- 1 bowl Salt Water For steep the pineapple cubes
- Sugar
Instructions
- Cutthe pineapple into cubes, put them into the salt water steep for 10 mins
- Steep the green tea with 80℃ water, filterthe tea leaves out after 1 min
- Add the pineapple cubes into the green tea
- Use aspoon to squeeze the pineapple cubes to make some juice out, stir
Notes
- Add the sugar in the right amount to make it taste sweeter you like
- Remember is necessary to steep the pineapple with salt water for a while, or it will tickle your tongue

- 1/2 Mango Cut into cubes
- 1/2 Mango Ground into puree
- 1 Lipton Green Teabag
- Honey
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Brew 3/4 cup Lipton green tea with 60℃ water
- Add some honey and stir to combine
- Add the ice cubes and mango puree into the green tea, then stir again

- Frozen mangoes are more comfortable to cut into perfect cubes.

- 1 Peach Ground into puree
- 2 g Loose Oolong Tea
- 30 g Sugar
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Combine 30g of sugar with 30g of water and stir to make syrup
- Brew up a cup of oolong tea, place it to cool down
- Peel the peach and ground it into the puree
- Combine the syrup, oolong tea, and the peach puree
- Take a cup and put some ice cubes in
- Pour the peach oolong tea into the cup with ice cubes
Notes
- Peach after peeled is natural to oxidation and the color getting buried, so it must control the time to get the pinkest color.
- Oolong tea should not be too thick, or the tea color will too dark to affect the peach-pink.
Passion Fruit Honey Green Tea Recipe
Passion Fruit Honey Green Tea
Materials
- 1 Passion Fruit
- 2 Lipton Green Teabag
- Honey
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Cut an opening on the top of the passion fruit
- Dig out the pulp with a spoon
- Heating the water in a pot, add the passion fruit pulp after the water boiling, then stop heating
- Add 2 green teabag in the pot, steep for 10 mins
- Add some honey and stir

- 1 Apple Cut into cubes
- 2 Orange Cut into slices
- Orange Peal Cut into wires
- 1 Oolong Teabag Fen-flavor
- Honey
Instructions
- Add the apple cubes and water in a pot, cook for 3 mins
- Add the Oolong Teabag in, keep cooking 3 mins, then put out the teabag
- Add the orange slices and the peel wires in, keep cooking 3 mins, then stop heating
- Add some honey in the right amount, stir
- Filter the ingredients, pour out the tea in a cup
- Top a orange slice on it
Notes
- Use the fen-flavor oolong not the strong-flavor
- Honey in not necessary
- Hot drink better
Litchi Rose Tea Recipe
Litchi Rose Tea
Materials
- 800 g Litchi Peel and Cored
- 10 Rose Tea Dried herbal tea
- 150 g Rock Sugar
- 1 Lime Cui into slices
Instructions
- Prep the litchi, after peeled and cored maybe about 650g left
- Mincing the rock sugar to make it dissolves faster next step
- Put the litchi pulp and the rock sugar into a glass bottle tier by tier till full the bottle. Cold storage the left pulp.
- Cover the bottle then cold storage overnight
- Take out the bottle the next day, and you will found the litchi honey is completed
- Juice the left litchi pulp left over from the previous day
- Brew a cup of rose tea, about 150ml
- Combine the litchi honey, litchi juice, and the rose tea in an empty bottle
- Add a lime slice in it
Notes
- Shake it before drink for better combine
- Freeze for 30 mins may taste better
- You can make more litchi honey, cold storage them for the next making
Green Mandarin Marigold Tea Recipe

Materials
- 2 Dried Marigold
- 2 Green Mandarin
- Honey
Instructions
- Brew a cup of marigold tea with boiling water
- Waiting for the herbal tea to a cool down, till 60℃~65℃

- Combine 30g raspberry, 15g sugar, and 250ml water, break them into the puree
- Pour the puree into a glass bottle
- Add ice cubes till 4/5 of the bottle
- Add the milk slowly
- Stir the matcha power with cool water until smooth
- Add the matcha slowly

- Choose high-quality matcha powder to get a good looking color and less dosage
- When adding the milk and matcha, as slowly as you can, avoid breaking the layering-looking.
Grapefruit Cold-brew Tea Recipe
Grapefruit Cold-brew Tea
Materials
- 4 g Ceylon Black Tea
- 2 Grapefruit
- 350 ml water
- 40 g Sugar
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- At the previous day, use a bottle with a lid to brew Ceylon black tea with cool water, then cold-storage for 1 night
- Combine 40g sugar and about 80ml water in the pot, heating, stir, till dissolved and thickness
- Wash up the grapefruit surface with salt
- Take one grapefruit, cut into two, one part for pulp, the other part for juice
- Combine the pulp and the sugar water in a bottle, stir
- Put the grapefruit slices upright into an empty bottle
- Add some ice cubes
- Add the grapefruit juice
- Add the pulp and sugar water mixture
- Add the cold-brew Ceylon black tea

- You can top few piece of mint leaf on it to make it look better
- Use a sucker extruding the grapefruit slices to get more juice when drinking

Materials
- 100 g Strawberry
- 120 g Pineapple
- 1 Slice Lemon
- 1 Black Tea Bag
- Honey
Instructions
- Cut the strawberry and pineapple into cubes
- Put the fruit cubes into a cup
- Add some honey
- Add the hot water in, stir
- Put the black tea bag in, steep for about 1 min
Notes
- The amount of fruit and honey depending on the taste you like, if you prefer sweeter, more honey; if you prefer sourer, forget the honey.
Cinnamon Apple Tea Recipe

Materials
- 100 g Cinnamon Powder
- 1 Apple
- 1 Black Tea Bag
- 2-3 Cube Sugar
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
Instructions
- Peel and core the apples and cut them into thin slices
- Cooking the apple slices with water
- Add the cinnamon powder and black tea bag into the pot when the water boiling, keep cooking for about 5 mins
- Filter the ingredients, pour the tea into a cup
- Top one apple slice on it, then decorate with one cinnamon stick
